It shouldn't take more than 2 minutes. When we receive your request, we'll start looking for a suitable cleaner with at least a basic knowledge of English. If a Dutch speaking cleaning lady is also an option, please let us know in the application form. When we found you a vetted cleaner, we'll let you know by email. You can find the contact details of the cleaner via the login system. At this point, you can call/mail the help to schedule an appointement. You pay the one-time mediation fee of € 34,95 for the mediation between you and the domestic help.

We always vet all of our cleaners to create the best possible match between the customer and cleaner. Every cleaner needs to pass an online integrity interview that is compiled by the independent party DIIS. This company is specialised in screening staff on their integrity. Besides this indepedent integrity interview, the cleaners also need to pass an additional screening by one of the staff members of Huicleaning. Only if they pass these 2 screening parts, they can work via Huiscleaning. This way, you are certain that we introduce you to a reliable and integer domestic worker.
